Legislative Compliance Reporting
GEMS combines Bill of Material data with Sales Data and creates the obligation reports required based on your business rules.
GEMS will produce compliance reports for schemes and government departments worldwide.
These reports are grouped by type and include the following

- RoHS (Europe, China, Korea, Norway and California)
- REACH (Europe)
- Batteries (Europe, Canada, Korea)
- WEEE (Europe, Canada and USA)
- Oil & Beverage (Canada)

Internal Reporting
Internal reports typically include cost breakdowns, key performance indicator comparisons, data for the corporate social responsibility (CSR) report and management reporting.
GEMS will also monitor incoming data and report exceptions and errors as required.
Customer Reporting
GEMS publishes compliance and certification data via the Customer Portal, which is easily integrated with your websites. Data can be published in a variety of formats and sent via email to customers.
